Our technicians wear full PPE: respirators, Tyvek suits, and gloves throughout the entire process.
Once containment is established, we remove all mold-affected materials that cannot be saved — drywall, insulation, wood framing, flooring. Salvageable materials are treated with EPA-registered fungicidal solutions and HEPA-vacuumed thoroughly. We then apply an antimicrobial encapsulant to all treated surfaces to prevent future growth.
Every remediation job we complete includes a post-remediation air quality test by an independent, third-party inspector. This clearance certificate is your proof — and your protection. We also coordinate with your insurance company and provide all documentation needed for claims. If we find the mold, we'll remove it — period.
